Throughout this course, you will be making essential oil blends. YIPPEE! But, before you get started, I want to make sure you record all your formulas. To do that, you will be using the Aromatherapy Certification Forms listed below.

Aromatic Blend Form

Use the aromatic blend form for blends that are for the purpose of fragrance only such as a perfume, room spray, or a diffuser oil. Of course, these may offer great benefits as well, but for your purpose of learning, these blends will be merely for their aroma and fragrance.

Therapeutic Blend Form

Use the therapeutic blend form for blends that are for the purpose of supporting health and wellness. This may include healing salves, massage oils, and/or inhalers. These blends will be more concerned with the healing aspects of the oils you choose and their therapeutic benefits for the user.

Recipe Report Form

Use the recipe report form for recording your results. Note the way your product turned out, what you may want to do differently next time, how long it took to prepare it, and instructions on its usage for clients. This information will be very useful down the road if you want to make it again.
